Best hotel in Moshi for Americans! Outstanding rooftop bar and restaurant,  with best views of any building in the city.  This would be a 500-1000 a night hotel in any us city.  Exceptional staff, very clean rooms. Loved the balcony.

Nice hotel, silent and with one of the greatest staffs. Very nice anf professional staff they got, Anna and Lilian were very helpful. The men in charge of the Roof top bar are the best. Super Clean and considerate

Rooms: Very clean, comfortable, good AC (small expected noise when operating at night). I think that the mountain view rooms are worth the small extra$ they charged. My included breakfast was above expectations: they had some fresh fruits, tea/coffee/juice/milk, a soup, fried rice/noodles, saussage, breakfast pizza, bacon and an egg station! I was not hungry for lunch on both days.

Rooftop Restaurant: Speed was impressive on my day: got my main course 20 mins after ordering (curry + samosa)! Food was decent (good but not wow), but expensive per local standards. The view on the mountain + city was beautiful!

Walked in for dinner. Their rooftop bar has a great view of the Kilimanjaro mountain, on a good day that's not cloudy and very great cocktails.
The service was not the best and the meals a little underwhelming

Divine, splendid, breathtaking lodge over the Ngorongoro Crater. The lodge is huge and all the rooms offer an amazing view over the crater. The staff was kind enough to grant us an amazing room upon our request. The amenities are new, the pool is heated and overlooks the crater. It is open until the sun goes down... Just pure bliss. I would recommend two nights in this lodge.

One of the most stunning views I have ever seen walking into the hotel! A beautifully decorated and newly built hotel however it fell short of expectations when it came to food and service. There was only one option to eat from at night the one night that we stayed there and the service was a bit slow- the staff seemed to lack some training for this standard of hotel. We also unfortunately couldn't take advantage of the pool as there were only 3 chairs and they were occupied, although it gives stunning views of the crater. Given those few points, it felt overpriced for what it is. Price for the view?

The best hotel I have stayed in my life! We spent our honeymoon here and it was the best decision of our trip.

The views are magnificent, the rooms and architecture are amazing, and the staff is another level. Jhon and Ignacio were so nice from the first moment we arrived. The rest of the staff even sang and danced for us when they brought dessert the first night.

If I could put more than 5 stars I would.

Such a fabulous hotel! The hospitality, food, and views are unmatched but what really put it over the top was listening to Berta sing every night at dinner. She was truly such an amazing addition and even sang our first dance song to make our experience that much more special. We will definitely be returning.
